The Princess Royal is a beautiful boutique boat on the legendary Irrawaddy river in Myanmar.

Vision

To establish a new cassava industry in Myanmar to support all the small land holder to improve their income.

Mission

To bring economic to the small land holder to improve their standard of living, by establishing a high value crop to sustained the development of all villagers standard of lifely hood.

Objectives

The ultimate goals is to develop a new cassava processing industry in Myanmar, to improve the villagers standard of living and at the same time build a sustainable business to support the industry.
Immediate goals is to fulfil an agreement to supply of high quality cassava flour then continue to expand, to supply other markets as well.

Training Programs

Dr. John Troughton has over 35 years of educations and training in Australian university. On going Internal staff training of staff and up skilling is key personnel to continue developing their skills required to operate the business at an optimum level.

Skill Retention Strategies

Appropriate Renumeration for key personnel and on going training and up skilling with performance incentives to retain key personnel. HR will continue to revise and record all skills required and will devise policy and procedures to ensure proper implementations are followed and adhere to.

Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions under which you book your cruise holiday and travel on the Princess Royal. You are bound by these Terms and Conditions, so it is important that you read them carefully.

All prices are correct at the time of publication and are quoted in US dollars, unless otherwise noted.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT TERMS

A booking, and payments on a booking, can only be made by a person aged 18 years or over.
All reservations and confirmation of availability will be by the Yangon Office.

When you first make a payment towards your cruise, you represent that you have the authority from all passengers on your booking(s), to accept our Terms and Conditions on their behalf. Parents/Legal guardians accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of their children, including those who travel in a separate cabin. Once we have received a payment on a booking, an agreement on these Terms and Conditions becomes effective between all passengers on the booking(s) and Princess Royal.

Once you have decided on your cruise, we will need a 20% deposit to secure your booking. It is essential that deposits are received by us upon confirmation of the booking. If payment is not received after three (3) days of confirmation, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Final Payment is due 31 days prior to departure. It is essential that you make final payment by the due date and in accordance with the type of fare you have purchased. If payment is not received by the due date, bookings will be automatically cancelled and our Cancellation and Refunds policy will apply. From time to time, we may release promotional fares that have different payment conditions. Please ensure you check the payment conditions at the time of booking.

If you are making a booking within the ‘Final Payment Due’ period of your selected cruise, full payment is required at the time of booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you purchase appropriate international travel insurance at the time you pay your deposit. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you may not be able to recover cancellation charges, medical costs, repatriation and other expenses that may arise if things do not go according to plan.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

The refund or cancellation charges that will be payable depend on the amount of notice you give us, as follows:
